Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can return items, request a refund or cancel an order with Nabaya.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Perishable goods, intimate items, custom-made items and digital downloads are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Card refunds are processed back to the original card via the payment gateway. Bank-transfer or cash-on-delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer once we have your account details.

No Refund Cases

We do not issue refunds for: change of mind on perishable or hygiene-sensitive items; items damaged through misuse after delivery; items returned outside the 7-day window; items not in original condition.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies.
